This position is based in Arcadia, Florida and serves nearby Florida regions with multiple daily runs. Drivers will operate in a structured dedicated lane with consistent freight flow and predictable scheduling.
You’ll be running 2 loads per day with a focus on home-daily operations and night shifts.
Pay & Earnings
- Pay Rate: $0.43 – $0.51 per mile
- Average Weekly Earnings: Around $1,300
- Short Haul Pay: $30 (for loads under 90 miles)
- Stop Pay: $10 per stop
- Bonus: Not available
- Transition Bonus: No
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Time: Daily (Home every day)
- Shift: Night driving
- Weekend Work: Required
- Holiday Work: Based on shipping demand (nights included)
- Schedule Options:
- Thursday – Monday
- Friday – Tuesday
Drivers should expect a consistent, structured night schedule with 2 runs per shift.
Driver Requirements
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen (including hair follicle)
- Valid Class A CDL
- Trainee accepted OR minimum 6 months CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR and PSP report (no major preventable accidents in last 3 years
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Endorsements: Not required
