Location: Odessa, TX (and surrounding Permian Basin areas)
Shift: Night Shift (Start times between 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
Weekly Pay: $1,600 – $2,000 (based on experience, route completion & endorsements)

The Permian Basin runs 24/7, and night drivers are the backbone of this operation. We’re looking for Local CDL Drivers to run dedicated night routes out of Odessa, TX. You’ll be home every morning, have steady freight, and take home $1,600–$2,000 each week. No forced weekends. No OTR. Just real local work.

What You’ll Do:
- Run local routes within a 100–150 mile radius of Odessa
- Serve oilfield sites, warehouses, distribution centers, and retail hubs across the Permian Basin
- Night shift: 8–10 hour shifts, 5 days/week (Sun–Thu or Mon–Fri)
- Handle pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Log everything on ELD – no paper logs

- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR & PSP report (no major preventable accidents in last 3 years)
- Dependable for night shift – we need you when the sun goes down
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen (including hair follicle)
