About the position
We are hiring CDL drivers in the Gary/Chicago area for dry‑van freight running out‑and‑back lanes across the Midwest. Enjoy weekend home time with a dedicated planner, consistent freight, and loads that keep you close to home. Earn $1,000–$1,700 per week with 1,600–2,000 solo miles weekly (averaging 1,900 miles). Driver requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome – no minimum experience required (First Seat experienced also accepted)
- Clean MVR and PSP – no major preventable accidents
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must live within 100 miles of zip code 46406 (Gary, IN) or hiring cities Chicago/Indianapolis
- Endorsements: none required
- Owner operators are not accepted; teams are not (solo only)
