OTR dry-van fleet operating throughout the Western region with consistent lanes West of the Mississippi. Live load, drop-and-hook freight. Home time every three weeks, day/night shifts available, and drivers are averaging 2,200–2,400 miles per week with performance bonus opportunities.
About the position
We are hiring CDL drivers in the Phoenix / Tucson, AZ area for OTR dry‑van freight running across the Western region (all states West of the Mississippi). Enjoy home time every three weeks with consistent open-road lanes that keep you moving. Earn $1,100–$1,200 per week with 2,200–2,400 solo miles weekly. Trainees are welcome, no endorsements are required, and both teams and owner operators are accepted. Multiple openings available immediately.
Pay & schedule
- Trainee pay: $850.00
- Average weekly earnings: $1,100 – $1,200
- Solo weekly mileage: 2,200 – 2,400
- Bonus: Driver Performance Bonus (no transition bonus)
- Short haul pay: Same as OTR
- Unload pay: Same as OTR
Home time & schedule
- Home time: Every Three Weeks
- Day, night, and rotating shifts available
- Weekend work: Required
- Holiday work: Expected
- Runs stay West of the Mississippi – open planes through the Midwest and Texas

Driver requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome – no experience required
- Clean MVR and PSP – no major preventable accidents
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must live within 200 miles of Phoenix or Tucson, AZ (zip codes 85003, 85701)
- Endorsements: none required
- Owner operators are accepted; teams are accepted

- Favorable: Consistent year-round freight – routes never go East of the Mississippi, open roads through the Midwest and Texas
- Unfavorable: Some winter conditions in the Western mountains (prepare for seasonal weather)
- No transition bonus – but Driver Performance Bonus is available
