PAM Transport was founded in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri with just five used Freightliner tractors and 15 trailers. What started as a small operation in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas has grown into an international transportation company serving the United States, Canada, and Mexico. In 1986, PAM became a publicly traded company and has continued to grow through acquisitions and an expanding customer base.
Today, PAM Transport operates a modern fleet of over 2,000 tractors and 6,000 trailers, supported by more than 2,400 professional drivers. We specialize in nationwide dry van truckload, expedited truckload, intermodal, and logistics services for the manufacturing, retail, and automotive industries. Our service area spans the continental United States, with direct service into the Canadian provinces of Ontario and Quebec, and cross-border service into Mexico through our border crossings in Laredo and El Paso, Texas. Experienced Drivers
Class A CDL Positions- Valid Class A CDL with current medical card
- Minimum 12 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
New Drivers
Paid Training Available- Paid CDL training programs available through PAM's on-campus CDL-A program
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Pass criminal background check
- Commit to training program with mentorship from experienced drivers
