About the position
We are hiring CDL drivers in the Decatur Conley, GA hiring area for OTR Reefer freight running across the Central, East, North Central, and South Central regions. Enjoy 34‑hour restarts every two weeks with consistent temp-controlled loads. Earn $1,300–$1,400 per week with 1,800–2,500 solo miles (mentor/team miles run 3,000–4,000). Trainees and first‑seat drivers are welcome — no endorsements required. Multiple openings available immediately.
Pay & schedule
- Pay: OTR mileage pay package
- Average weekly earnings: $1,300 – $1,400
- Solo weekly mileage: 1,800 – 2,500 miles
- Mentor/Team weekly mileage: 3,000 – 4,000 miles
- Short haul pay: Same as OTR rate
- Stop pay: N/A
- Unload pay: N/A
Home time & schedule
- Home every two weeks – with 34‑hour restarts
- Both day and night shifts available

- Busy, consistent freight with predictable routes
Driver requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Trainees and first‑seat drivers welcome – no minimum experience required
- Clean MVR and PSP – no major preventable accidents
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must live within the hiring states listed above
- Endorsements: none required
- Owner operators and teams are accepted – both solo and team positions available

- Weekend and holiday work are expected – plan accordingly
- Must maintain a high safety score and remain crash‑free
- Night and early morning driving may be required
- No transition bonus – but Driver Performance Bonus available
