About the position
We are hiring CDL drivers in the Michigan hiring area (New Boston) for regional dry‑van freight running out‑and‑back lanes across the Midwest. Enjoy weekend 34‑hour restarts with dedicated planners, consistent freight, and loads that keep you within 400 miles of home. Earn $1,000–$1,500 per week with 1,600–2,000 solo miles weekly. Trainees are welcome, no endorsements required. Multiple openings available immediately.
Pay & schedule
- Pay: OTR mileage pay – starts at $0.56/mile (0–6 mo), $0.59 (6–12 mo), $0.60 (1–2 yr)
- Trainee pay: $900/week
- Average weekly earnings: $1,000 – $1,500
- Solo weekly mileage: 1,600 – 2,000 miles
- Short haul pay: $40 for loads under 51 miles
- Stop pay: $15.00 per stop
- Bonus: Driver Performance Bonus (no transition bonus)
Home time & schedule
- Home time: Weekend 34‑hour restarts
- Day, night, and rotating shifts available
- Weekend work: Required
- Holiday work: Yes, when needed

Driver requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Trainees welcome – no minimum experience required
- Clean MVR and PSP – no major preventable accidents
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must live within 100 miles of specified zip codes (MIE/MIW, New Boston, MI)
- Endorsements: none required
- Owner operators are not accepted; teams are not (solo only)
